Lisa Shiflett

Lisa performs the critical roles of Director of Operations and Client Experience Associate ensuring our high standards for client service are maintained by supporting the lines of communication between clients, advisors, and planners so our client needs can be our top priority. Lisa is the transmission that keeps the firm running smoothly and brings over 20 years of experience in operations management from the healthcare industry.

Lisa is originally from North Carolina and has lived in the Charlottesville/Palmyra area for over 30 years. During her time working in healthcare, she performed a variety of functions such as client experience design, management consultation, professional development, strategic implementation, and organizational culture improvement. She lives in her dream home in Palmyra and a full host of characters including her husband, Dale, three of their seven grandchildren, and two dogs! When she is not working, studying, shuttling, or cooking for her family, which she loves, you can find her enjoying a peaceful moment of walking the trails near her home, or spending time at the river.
